Yes, we do bring everything we will need to clean your home. If there is something you would prefer we use instead, you can leave it out for us!

You are charged a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

The cleaners require this fee to compensate them for holding your booking spot in their schedule instead of booking other customers.

Yes, we offer eco-friendly options to clients upon request.

It depends on the size of your home, but generally 1-2 and we try to keep the same team at each house.

We accept Etransfer, credit card, or cheques. The referred cleaners do not accept cash.

There are a few options depending on your comfort level.  

• You can let your cleaners in if you are there.
• You can hide the key and let us know on the day of cleaning.
• You can give your cleaners the code to the garage or a lock box.
• You can leave the door unlocked on the day of cleaning.
• You can leave us a key.
